Include Lean Meats Such As Fish And Poultry

That stuff can lead to various types of cancer. Low fat low carb recipes should consist of lean meats such as fish and poultry. And when I say poultry, I mean skinless white meat. Not the KFC extra crispy, discount bucket. That stuff will send you to an early grave for sure. As far as breads are concerned, you have to be careful here.

Avoid white flour and starch-infused pasta products. These are what we call bad carbs. What you need are whole wheat breads and multi grain carbs. These supply long-term energy, but are great for your body at the same time.

Fresh Vegetables Help Keep You Fit And Regular
