While you are revamping your life, remember that you should take

help them make better decisions in the future. You may not be
able to control what they eat outside of your home, but you can
have a huge impact by serving them good foods with every meal.
Teach Your Children
Maybe by teaching your children about general nutrition you can
help them avoid the obesity epidemic striking our children today.
Children can also avoid eating all the preservatives and trans
fats present in many fast foods. They could learn to cook their
own nutritional food with lots of fresh ingredients out of their
own organic vegetable garden.
Now, that would be a reward for their exercise and effort.
