Deep Fryer Recipes Food Cooking International Guide
Deep Fryer Should Only Be Used With Safety In Mind
By Patrick D Kelly
Deep fryers are not popular these days as deep fried foods are
considered unhealthy. This is especially for people with heart
conditions or those with an inability to control cholesterol.
Though you may be tempted to have a deep fryer in your home,
it may not be the smartest thing you can do.
There is nothing healthy about eating deep-fried food, even though
you can use better oils when you’re deep frying.
My mother used to have one of these in her kitchen, and when
it broke I asked her to not buy another one.
Though my mother is very healthy, my stepfather has a problem
with his heart, and he also seems to have a problem with avoiding
the foods that will hurt him the most.
A fryer is great for many things, but it is not good for your
health. You can use olive oil and canola oil as healthy oils,
but you are still putting a lot of calories at your body when
you use a deep fryer.
Things like fried chicken, and deep-fried French fries are things
that taste very good, but should be made by other methods.
Make fries in the oven
You should always make your French fries in the oven, and you
will use a lot less grease if you make your fried chicken on top
of the stove in the pan.
Another problem with owning a deep fryer is the fire hazard.
When you use a deep fryer in your kitchen, you have to make sure
you follow all safety rules, otherwise you may end up with a grease
fire.
We never use a deep fryer in the kitchen because of safety issues.
For some reason, something can go wrong and as a safety precaution
we do not use a deep fryer in our home.
That’s fine with me, because there are really no health benefits
to owning one, and staying fit and healthy is hard enough.
Keep deep fryer unplugged when not in use
If you decide you want to own a deep fryer, make sure you keep
it unplugged at all times unless it is in use.
When you are using your deep fryer, follow all precautions. Do
not walk away from it for any reason. If for some reason it were
to overheat, the grease could come over the top, catch on fire,
and that fire will spread throughout your kitchen.
So be careful when you use the deep fryer and follow all the
precautions given with the instructions when buying a new deep
fryer.
There are people who use a deep fryer and enjoy the taste of
the food. These people usually take the precautions and have good
experiences.
Sometimes good tasting food overrides any dangers posed to your
health or your home.
Especially when you are aware of the dangers and take preventative
measures to ensure the safety of your home and family.

Did You Know?
What are the kitchen basics I need?
Kitchen basics that every kitchen should have are
pots and pans (in a variety of sizes), measuring cups, measuring spoons,
mixing bowls and an assortment of kitchen gadgets that make life easier.
One of these gadgets is a can opener. Being forced to saw off
the bottom of a can could take a little of the fervor away from
cooking. Also consider keeping whisks, spatulas and tongs as part
of your cooking basics.
Another item basic that is used often is a drainer/strainer.
These can come in the form of bowls or be part of a boiling pan
set. It is used to drain spaghetti water from the pasta or can
be used for anything similar.
