Barbeque Sauce - To Add Flavor To The Meats
By Sanjay R M Gupta
Barbeque sauce is widely used to add extra taste to the freshly
cooked meat or fish.
I like to create cooking sauce with a secret barbeque recipe
I have devised myself, to use when my family and friends are enjoying
a barbeque in the backyard. This sauce adds the extra flavors
on the barbeque ribs and turkey meats being cooked.
When I am in contact with friends around the world, we discuss
the local delicacies and what we would miss the most if we had
to move to another country.
For example, I have a friend who lives in Australia, and we love
to send food and other interesting items to each other. We try
to send things that we can’t get in our own countries, and
some of the things she has sent me were rather interesting.
Musk Sticks
If you ever get the chance to try musk sticks straight from Australia,
I urge you to turn heel and run away as fast as you can. If you
want to review your options and know what they taste like, just
go get a bottle of perfume and spray it in your mouth. If you
like that, then you’ll like musk sticks.
Most stuff has been good though. I have sent many things that
my friend likes, but her favorite by far, was the barbecue sauce
that I had sent her last year.
Regional Barbecue Sauce
The barbecue sauce that I sent her was made in a city nearby, and
was not really available anywhere else. You can get it in my region
of my state, and it is somewhat famous in the area, but I knew
she could not get it over there.
I don’t know how much different it is from the barbecue
sauce that she normally uses, but she emailed me excitedly to
tell me that it was the best sauce she had ever had, and she wanted
to know when I could send some more of this delicious concoction.
More Tim Tams For Barbecue Sauce
What struck me as funny was that she is a vegetarian –
which I didn’t realize when I sent the barbecue sauce in
the first place – but she still wanted more. She explained
that they had used it on their veggies, and that it had been great
for that purpose.
She conserved as much of it as she could because she knew that
I couldn’t afford to send her a bottle every month of the year.
Though she does know that the more Tim Tams she sends me the more
barbecue sauce she can get out of me.
She doesn’t know it yet, but I think I have found something to
send her that she will really love. It is the same barbecue sauce that
she loves, but what I have found is even better.
Barbecue Sauce Gift Pack
There is a gift pack out for the holidays that includes that
flavor and five others, all by the same company. She is going
to be beside herself when she gets it for the Easter celebrations.
Each type of barbecue sauce is a different flavor and she can
experiment to her hearts content. She can spread it all over her
veggies, to give them that extra flavor that most vegetables require.
She must be sick of adding the normal bland mayonnaise which has
no taste at all. It must be different to the mayonnaise we have
here in America.
Give The Meat More Flavour
Though it must be said, most people use barbecue sauce on their
meats to give the meat extra flavor.
I am considering to take my family over there for the Christmas
holidays and enjoy the barbecue sauce over some meats during their
hot summer. It would make a nice change to escape the cold winters
of our home, to the sunny beaches in Australia. Closer to Paradise
I must say!

Did You Know?
What is cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a lipid that is found in the
bloodstream of humans and all animals. It can be there from two
different sources. The first source is your body itself. The body
naturally produces cholesterol.
The second source of cholesterol is the
food that we eat. It may surprise you to know that not all cholesterol
is bad for you. There is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol.
But you have to know the difference if you want to protect your
health and your heart.
